Manager, FP&A
We are looking for a Manager, FP&A to join our Finance team in Tallinn and take ownership of financial planning and analysis for our B2C business. This role acts as a key business partner to operational and finance leadership, providing insights, forecasting, and decision support that directly influence commercial and strategic outcomes.
You will work closely with stakeholders across Europe, the US, and Japan, supporting a fast-moving, data-driven international business environment. This is a highly hands-on role combining strong analytical work with business partnering and continuous process improvement.
Core responsibilities
Lead FP&A activities for the B2C business, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Own monthly and quarterly planning cycles, including revenue, cost of sales, OPEX, and CAPEX forecasting.
Deliver monthly management reporting, including P&L analysis, variance explanations, and key performance insights.
Partner with business and finance stakeholders to analyse market trends, performance drivers, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
Support strategic planning processes, including annual budgets and long-term planning cycles.
Improve FP&A processes, reporting quality, and automation in collaboration with Accounting and Finance teams.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and KPI data across reporting and analysis.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior management using dashboards and presentations.
Support ad hoc analysis, business cases, and cross-functional finance projects.
Experience and key competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
6+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles in an international environment.
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with complex data sets and translate them into insights.
Experience with process improvement and driving efficiency in financial reporting or planning.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English, with ability to work across cultures and time zones.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines.
Strong business partnering skills and proactive mindset.
Experience with BI tools, ERP systems, or data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Dynamics 365, SQL) is an advantage.
Experience in iGaming, tech, or fast-growing digital businesses is a plus.
