Director, Global FP&A
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Global FP&A to lead our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function across our global B2C and B2B businesses. This role sits at the heart of our finance organisation and plays a key part in driving business performance, strategic decision-making, and financial discipline across the company.
You will lead a team based in Tallinn while working closely with senior stakeholders across Europe, Japan and the United States. Acting as a key partner to the CFO, COO, and CEO, you will help shape how we plan, forecast, and execute against our global strategy.
Core responsibilities
Lead the global FP&A function across B2C and B2B segments, ensuring high-quality planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Manage and develop the Tallinn-based FP&A team, fostering strong business partnership and analytical excellence.
Own the end-to-end financial planning cycle including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Deliver clear and insightful management reporting, performance analysis, and executive-level decision support.
Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Partner with senior leadership to translate financial results into actionable business insights.
Drive continuous improvement and automation of FP&A processes and reporting tools.
Ensure alignment with group reporting standards and collaboration with global finance stakeholders.
Support finance leadership in building a high-performing, scalable FP&A function.
Experience and key competencies
University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; professional certification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent) is a plus.
10+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or related roles in a fast-paced, international environment.
Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams in a complex international organisation.
Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and performance analytics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with ability to influence senior stakeholders across cultures and time zones.
Strong business partnering mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to prioritise, simplify complexity, and deliver under pressure.
High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust across global teams.
Collaborative leadership style with a “lead by example” approach.
Experience in multinational organisations is a strong advantage.
Experience in iGaming, tech, or digital industries is a plus.
