From shaping KPIs with cross-functional teams to improving dashboards, your work will directly influence how decisions are made across the business. If you enjoy connecting data dots, working closely with different teams, and turning complexity into clarity, this could be a great fit for you.

Experience and key competencies
At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, supported by a relevant educational background (e.g. data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field).
Strong SQL skills, including working with large datasets, writing complex queries, and optimizing performance. Knowledge of Python or R is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with Tableau with the ability to turn complex data into clear, engaging insights.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand needs, translate them into analytical solutions, and communicate insights clearly.
Solid understanding of statistical methods and how to apply them in real business contexts.
