Head of VIP
Lead our global VIP function and make a real impact on how we engage and retain high-value players. You’ll shape the strategy, operating model, processes, and team structures that empower VIP Managers to deliver measurable results across all markets. This hands-on leadership role offers the chance to build scalable VIP systems and frameworks, ensure programs are data-driven and aligned with both local market needs and company-wide goals, and drive long-term value across our global markets. You’ll also lead, coach, and inspire a multi-market team, fostering collaboration, clarity, and a results-focused approach. Reporting to the VP, B2C Marketing, you’ll play a key role in elevating the VIP function and shaping the Company’s long-term value creation strategy.
Core responsibilities
Lead and shape the global VIP strategy, ensuring consistent execution across all markets and alignment with commercial goals.
Define VIP KPIs, track performance, and balance short-term results with long-term loyalty and responsible gaming.
Manage, coach, and develop VIP Managers, establishing clear roles, workflows, and team frameworks.
Build and refine VIP processes, systems, and tools to support personalized engagement, real-time monitoring, and operational efficiency.
Oversee VIP portfolios, analyze performance, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management across VIP programs, adhering to responsible gaming, AML, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Product, BI, and Country Managers to deliver a seamless, data-driven VIP experience.
Experience and key competencies
5+ years in VIP management, high-value customer operations, or similar roles in iGaming.
Experience managing multi-market teams and scaling processes, frameworks, and operating models.
Strong understanding of sportsbook, casino, and poker products, VIP lifecycle, and player behavior.
Skilled in using BI dashboards, CRM platforms, and player-level data to drive decisions and performance.
Proven ability to own KPIs and deliver measurable commercial results.
Excellent time management, prioritization, and hands-on problem-solving skills.
You are a practical, approachable leader who empowers teams and communicates clearly across markets.
Proactive, independent, and confident in taking action in a fast-paced environment.
Organized, consistent, and reliable, with a collaborative, transparent, and long-term mindset.
Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of Estonian, Spanish, or Scandinavian languages is a plus.
