PPC Manager
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of paid campaign performance across search, display, and paid social channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, X, and more), driving high-quality traffic, efficient customer acquisition, and strong ROI through smart budgeting, precise targeting, continuous testing, and data-driven optimization. Working hands-on, you’ll continuously analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and scale what works across multiple markets. In close collaboration with cross-functional marketing teams, you’ll ensure campaigns are aligned, properly tracked, and delivering measurable results giving you clear visibility into the impact of your work on overall business growth.
Core responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across search, display, and social platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, X, and others). Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns and channels.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and competitor analysis to maximize performance.
Own campaign budgets and bidding strategies to deliver strong ROI and meet key KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and LTV.
Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages, running A/B tests to continuously improve results.
Monitor and analyze performance using platform data and tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other BI solutions.
Deliver clear, actionable reports with insights and recommendations.
Optimize attribution and customer journey tracking to improve overall marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with design, SEO, CRM, Affiliate, and media buying teams to ensure aligned acquisition strategies and consistent measurement.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to keep campaigns competitive.
Experience and key competencies
4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing PPC or paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, X, or similar, with additional exposure to TikTok Ads, Snapchat, and other paid social channels. iGaming industry experience is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is an advantage.
Strong expertise in campaign setup and optimization, including keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, campaign structure, and conversion rate optimization.
Proven ability to manage and forecast significant media budgets, optimizing bidding and spend to deliver strong ROI.
Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and the full customer acquisition funnel.
Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization or BI tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, create clear reports, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and bias for action, able to independently drive acquisition in your vertical, push initiatives forward, and continuously improve performance.
Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction.
