Marketing Webmaster
In this role, you’ll bring web experiences to life, combining strong visual design with hands-on front-end skills. You’ll build and maintain promotional pages and landing pages, create reusable content modules, interactive elements, and animations that make the user experience engaging and memorable. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, and Analytics teams to deliver campaigns, optimize content based on insights, and craft seamless digital journeys. Acting as the bridge between Marketing Design and IT, you’ll ensure everything is scalable, maintainable, aligned with brand guidelines, and performing at its best.
Core responsibilities
Build, improve, and maintain promotional pages and web content to ensure quality, consistency, performance, and speed.
Create landing pages using predefined content blocks, while integrating new copy, visuals, and campaign assets.
Develop reusable content modules (e.g. offer cards, highlight boxes, quotes) and build new features based on campaign and content needs.
Design and implement engaging animations and interactive elements, such as counters and countdowns, aligned with UX and performance best practices.
Craft seamless user journeys that reflect the brand and drive engagement across the customer lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, and Analytics teams to deliver campaigns across channels and continuously optimize based on data insights.
Act as a bridge between Marketing Design and IT/Frontend to ensure scalable, feasible, and smooth implementation.
Develop and optimize widgets in Bannerflow and continuously explore new improvement opportunities.
Implement and maintain analytics and tracking solutions (e.g. GA4, GTM, Fullstory) and contribute to technical SEO and strong on-page foundations.
Experience and key competencies
3+ years in website management, landing page optimization, or similar web-focused roles.
Hands-on experience with modern CMS platforms, publishing workflows, and front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Strong understanding of UX/UI, customer journeys, and behavioral analytics to drive engaging digital experiences.
Experience optimizing website performance (Core Web Vitals, caching, CDN) and applying technical SEO best practices.
Skilled in analytics and tracking setup (GA4, GTM, Fullstory or similar) and supporting API integrations.
Familiar with web security, GDPR considerations, and version control (Git) in collaborative environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and teamwork skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver reliably under campaign timelines.
Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction.
