The Job in a Nutshell

In this role, you’ll take the lead in keeping Coolbet’s websites in top technical shape so they can shine in search engines. Your focus will be on maximizing visibility, ensuring smooth indexing, and boosting search ranking performance. From site architecture to technical health checks, you’ll analyze, implement, and monitor everything that drives organic growth. You’ll be part of our Marketing team, whose mission is to make Coolbet and its main websites as visible as possible, using both traditional and AI-driven methods. A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Conducting technical SEO audits and fixing crawlability, indexability, and performance issues.
• Optimizing site architecture, internal linking, URLs, and structured data for maximum visibility.
• Ensuring correct canonicalization, redirects, duplicate content handling, and multilingual SEO tags.
• Monitoring and improving Core Web Vitals, site speed, sitemaps, and robots.txt.
• Collaborating with content and development teams on on-page SEO, keyword targeting, and implementation.
• Tracking organic traffic, rankings, and technical health, preparing insights, and adjusting strategies based on trends and updates.

You’re good at

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Hands-on technical SEO experience in competitive online industries.
• Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, Sitebulb, etc.
• Understanding HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their impact on SEO.
• Proven experience in site migrations, hreflang implementation, and multi-domain/multi-language SEO.
• Ability to interpret large data sets and translate them into actionable SEO improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction.
