In this role, you will play a key role in creating engaging, data-driven campaigns that grow and retain our Sportsbook customer base. You will lead a team of three coordinators and take ownership of the development and execution of centralized Sportsbook campaigns across onsite and CRM channels, including managing the central CRM offering and continuously improving campaign performance through analytics, testing, and optimization.

Working closely with Country Managers, Project Managers, and the Sportsbook team, you will turn customer insights and market knowledge into impactful campaigns tailored to local market needs across Coolbet’s markets. This role combines team leadership, strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making, giving you the opportunity to influence customer engagement, optimize campaign effectiveness, and contribute to the continued growth of our Sportsbook product.

Core responsibilities

• Own and execute Sportsbook marketing campaigns by managing the central CRM offering and leading the planning, creation, execution, maintenance, and analysis of campaigns across Coolbet's markets.

• Lead and support a team of three, providing guidance, setting priorities, and ensuring effective execution of Sportsbook marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with Country Managers to deliver effective central and local campaigns aligned with business goals and the yearly marketing plan.

• Optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights by monitoring and analyzing campaign KPIs, player behavior, and performance metrics. Use these insights to improve campaign results, increase NGR yield per bonus euro spent, optimize the Bonus-to-NGR ratio across high-value player segments, and design A/B tests to identify the most effective strategies.

• Develop and improve Sportsbook marketing strategies by building a strong understanding of customers, market dynamics, and industry trends, and using these insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance customer engagement.

• Manage the Sportsbook marketing budget efficiently, ensuring campaigns are delivered within agreed spend parameters and contribute to business objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Sportsbook department, Project Managers, Country Managers, and Services team, to identify campaign opportunities, support product-related initiatives, and ensure smooth campaign execution.

• Stay up to date with competitor activities, industry developments, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Experience and key competencies

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year in a marketing-focused role. Previous leadership experience is considered an advantage.

• Proven experience in developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, with the ability to measure performance, analyze results, and use insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Experience working with CRM platforms, bonus management tools, and A/B testing methodologies, preferably within an iGaming or digital marketing environment.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with the ability to create reports and work confidently with campaign data.

• Analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and use insights to drive improvements.

• Effective communicator and collaborator, comfortable working with cross-functional teams and local market stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities while taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction.

At Coolbet, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining your salary, including market benchmarks, specific job family, background, location, skills, and experience. The typical range for this role is 3400€-3800€ gross per month. This reflects total compensation.
