Data Analyst
Salary: 3000€-3500€ gross per month
Join our Business Intelligence team, where data is transformed into insights that drive business performance and strategic decisions. You'll work with data from multiple sources, partnering with stakeholders across the business to define meaningful KPIs, build and maintain Tableau dashboards, and use SQL to uncover trends, validate data, and deliver actionable insights. Core responsibilities
Use SQL to extract, transform, and manage data from internal sources, ensuring it’s accurate and ready for analysis.
Analyze complex business problems, uncovering trends, root causes, and opportunities to improve performance.
Build and enhance Tableau reports and dashboards, turning data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Partner with product, management, and cross-functional teams to define KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate closely with BI teammates and data engineers to improve data pipelines, reduce technical debt, and scale the Data Warehouse.
Proactively explore data beyond assigned requests. Anticipate surface trends, risks, and opportunities to bring insights before issues arise.
Experience and key competencies
At least 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar analytical role, supported by a relevant educational background (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field).
Strong SQL skills, including querying, transforming, and validating large datasets, writing complex queries, and optimizing performance. Knowledge of Python or R is an advantage.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau (or a similar BI tool), with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable way.
Solid understanding of data modeling, KPI design, metrics documentation, and statistical methods, with the ability to apply them to real business challenges.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions and communicate insights effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to balance attention to detail while keeping the bigger picture in focus.
Self-driven and adaptable, with strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction.
