Director of Analytics
As part of the management team, reporting to the COO, the Director of Analytics leads a growing, high-impact department responsible for turning complex, multi-market data into clear, actionable insights that directly shape business strategy and performance. The role spans business intelligence, data science, and regulatory reporting, ensuring the organization has the insight and foresight needed to make confident, high-quality decisions. Working closely with senior leaders across the organization, you will ensure analytics is embedded into key decision-making and actively used to shape business priorities and performance.
A key focus is building a proactive, forward-looking analytics culture that consistently identifies opportunities, challenges assumptions, and drives measurable improvements across the business. This includes strengthening how data is used, shared, and embedded into everyday decision-making.
Core responsibilities
Own the analytics strategy and roadmap across the company, covering both B2C and B2B business verticals, ensuring data is effectively used to guide strategic and operational decision-making.
Play a key role in shaping business direction by translating data-driven insights into strategic initiatives and ensuring senior leadership has clear visibility of key performance trends and market developments.
Lead and develop a multi-layered analytics organization, including managers across product analysis, marketing analytics, regulatory reporting, and data science.
Oversee key reporting functions, including regulatory reporting across US and European markets, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and timely delivery across teams and clients.
Partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations, and other functions to embed analytics into budgeting, forecasting, business development, and strategic planning.
Work closely with the Data Warehouse team to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and structured to support reporting, analysis, and insight generation.
In partnership with Marketing, ensure structured customer and market research is conducted, with insights translated into actionable initiatives that improve business performance.
Experience and key competencies
Proven experience in senior leadership roles, including managing cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and engaging with C-level stakeholders.
Extensive experience in product and performance analytics or a related field. Experience in the iGaming and gambling industry is preferred but not required.
Strong background working with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.
Higher education degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a curious, proactive, and statistically oriented approach to analysis and decision-making.
Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction.
