In this role, you’ll manage all PSP-related matters in close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and our Estonia-based Payments team. Acting as the main liaison for our PSP portfolio, you’ll drive initiatives, resolve escalations, and turn data and feedback into platform improvements that enhance reliability, acceptance, and cost-efficiency. Working alongside the Payments team, you’ll help translate daily operational insights into measurable gains for Coolbet’s payments platform.

Core responsibilities

• Supporting the reconciliation processes in cooperation with the Accounting and Treasury teams.

• Acting as the main point of contact for Accounting, Legal, and PSPs regarding payments-related questions and ongoing operational changes.

• Monitoring, analyzing, and coordinating PSP account balances while optimizing Payment Service Provider KPIs.

• Following up on day-to-day issues with PSPs and taking ownership of critical payments-related incidents.

• Identifying new PSPs, assessing their feasibility, and coordinating integration projects with Payments IT, Fraud, Risk & Payments, CS, Legal, Finance, and Accounting teams.

• Preparing and analyzing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports, while finding ways to improve processes, operations, and platform efficiency. Raising potential risks to the business.

Experience and key competencies

• You bring at least 1 year of experience in payments, analytics, project management, or a related operational role. Experience in iGaming is a plus.

• You have strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, and are comfortable working with data such as fees, acceptance rates, and other payment metrics.

• You’re a clear and confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

• You are well-organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

• You are open to occasional travel and representing the company at iGaming industry events.

• Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction.
