In this role, based in Tallinn, Estonia, you are leading and shaping our global trading function, ensuring a competitive and profitable sportsbook offering across both B2C and B2B markets. You are defining and driving the trading and risk management strategy, optimizing performance through strong internal capabilities, smart supplier partnerships, and data-driven decision-making. Working closely with the Director of Sports and Head of Sportsbook Operations, you are developing high-performing teams, strengthening trading models together with the quant function, and influencing product and organizational priorities at leadership level.

Core responsibilities

• Overseeing and driving the company’s trading and risk management strategy across B2C and B2B markets.

• Leading and developing high-performing trading teams, ensuring the right structure, expertise, and continuous growth.

• Partnering with the quant function to enhance trading models, expand our offering, and improve margins.

• Defining the optimal trading setup, balancing in-house capabilities with external partnerships to maximize performance and efficiency.

• Contributing at leadership level as part of the Sportsbook “Head of” team, shaping product priorities and organizational direction.

Experience and key competencies

• 5+ years of senior-level sportsbook trading experience, with full ownership of strategy and performance.

• Deep expertise across all core areas of sportsbook trading, including odds compilation, risk management, and trading operations.

• Strong understanding of the sportsbook supplier landscape, with hands-on experience working with feeds, odds providers, and related services.

• Proven experience leading and developing teams, managing at least 5 direct reports and building high-performing structures.

• A sharp analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, models, and performance metrics to drive smart decisions.

• Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction.
