We are looking for a Senior IT Product Manager to take ownership of our internal Marketing Platform and help shape how marketing technology supports growth at scale. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and marketing, ensuring our in-house systems evolve in a scalable, reliable, and future-proof way.

In this role, you will have end-to-end ownership of the product area, from strategy and roadmap to delivery and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with engineering teams and key business stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for marketing-related IT initiatives and helping align technical solutions with broader business goals.

This role is ideal for a senior product manager with a strong technical foundation who enjoys working in complex environments, taking ownership, and driving meaningful impact through well-built internal platform.

A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for our Marketing IT platform, aligned with business goals.

• Lead multiple high-impact initiatives across teams, from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.

• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to scope, build, and launch features.

• Act as a strategic bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes.

• Use data, KPIs, and market insights to guide decision-making and measure product success.

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth and optimisation opportunities.

• Maintain a well-prioritised backlog, balancing new development with tech debt, bugs, and infrastructure improvements.

• Lead agile ceremonies and continuously improve team workflows and delivery predictability.

• Plan and coordinate feature launches and communicate progress, releases, and roadmap updates to stakeholders.

• Mentor Product Managers and contribute to the growth and maturity of the product organisation.

You’re good at

• 5+ years of experience in product management, owning and delivering digital products end to end.

• 5+ years of experience in IT or software development–driven environments (must-have).

• Experience in Marketing Technology and or the iGaming industry is a strong advantage.

• Communicating complex ideas clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.

• Making sound decisions, assessing impact, and setting clear priorities in complex environments.

• Building strong, collaborative relationships across teams and business units.

• Taking ownership with a proactive, curious mindset and a strong sense of accountability.

• Fluency in verbal and written English is a must, as it's our primary means of communication.
