In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of marketing systems and performance analytics. A Sneak Peek into Your Role
Own the company’s marketing systems, ensuring they run smoothly, meet business goals, and maintain data integrity.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap for marketing tools, prioritizing features based on stakeholder needs and business impact.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to gather requirements, translate them into actionable tasks, and manage the product backlog for timely delivery.
Deploy and manage marketing tracking solutions, tag management tools, and analytics platforms, ensuring accurate reporting and insights.
Continuously improve workflows across marketing systems to boost efficiency and align with overall marketing strategies.
Support marketing campaigns and requests from internal teams, affiliates, media partners, and agencies, providing guidance, training, or technical support as needed.
Produce technical specifications, test implementations, audit tracking solutions, and troubleshoot issues, ensuring compliance with privacy standards and industry best practices.
You’re good at
5+ years of experience in product marketing, digital/performance marketing, or marketing technology roles, ideally in an Agile environment. A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience. Experience in iGaming is a plus.
Strong data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience using analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Looker Studio.
Practical experience implementing and managing marketing technology and tracking tools (e.g. AppsFlyer, XtremePush, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, Meta), including marketing automation and attribution.
A solid understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and experience with Marketing SaaS solutions such as affiliate systems, tagging, and tracking pixels.
Strong Excel skills to analyze, interpret, and manage marketing data, with keen attention to detail across tracking, reporting, and analytics.
Ability to work closely with development teams to define requirements, prioritize feature development, and support SDK updates and technical implementations.
Strong communication and project management skills, with the confidence to lead initiatives independently and collaborate across marketing, product, and engineering teams.
Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction
