The Job in a Nutshell
In this role, you will support both Corporate and Operational teams with planning, reporting, analysis, and decision-making. You’ll contribute to revenue, expense, and resource planning, prepare management reports, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver key FP&A activities. Our Finance function spans FP&A, investor relations, corporate development, tax, accounting, and treasury, playing a central role in the company’s strategic direction. The team is located across Estonia, the UK, and the USA, with our parent company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
A Sneak Peek into Your Role
- Focusing on financial planning and supporting strategic development across the business.
- Contributing to the annual budget and quarterly forecasts while collaborating with stakeholders on business changes and growth initiatives.
- Creating, updating, and maintaining financial models and detailed operational forecasts.
- Preparing analytical reports and presentations on financials and the gaming industry, offering clear insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Providing monthly analytical summaries to stakeholders on business performance and financial results.
- Developing a strong understanding of all areas of the company to enhance efficiency and deliver high-quality support.
- Transforming financial data into formats optimized for analytics and visualization.
- Identifying new opportunities for exploration, including additional data collection to enable deeper analysis.
You’re good at
- You bring solid foundation in accounting, finance, or a related field, supported by a relevant bachelor’s degree.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business intelligence, ideally in an international environment.
- You understand full-cycle accounting and financial statements. Work confidently in Excel, including financial modelling; experience with SQL/Postgres, Tableau, and budgeting or data-visualization tools is a plus.
- You know how to translate complex systems into clear financial and operational models. You think analytically and solve problems with accuracy, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
- Collaborate well with others while also working independently and managing your time effectively. Adapt easily in a fast-growing, fast-changing environment, while staying flexible when priorities shift.
- You bring an international mindset and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- Fluency in verbal and written English is a must, as it's our primary means of communication.
