The Job in a Nutshell

As a UI/Graphic designer, you will play a key role in shaping visually engaging and intuitive digital experiences across Coolbet's multi-product ecosystem. You will combine strong graphic design and illustration skills with a systematic approach to UI design, creating both functional interfaces and high-quality visual assets that enhance usability, engagement, and brand consistency. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Frontend Developers to bring features to life, ensuring cohesive and scalable design solutions throughout our platforms.

A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Drive the end-to-end design process, from product briefs and user research to sketching, prototyping, testing, and measurement.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on product requirements and user insights.
• Incorporate user research and feedback to continuously improve usability and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to refine designs and ensure alignment with product goals and technical feasibility.
• Run quick iterative tests to validate design ideas and guide decisions.
• Contribute to and evolve the Design System, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all products.
• Identify areas for improvement and explore innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.
• Apply knowledge of user psychology and behavior to design experiences that meet both user needs and business goals.

• Make data-informed decisions and measure the impact of your work to validate improvements and guide future iterations.

You’re good at

• Bringing at least 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX, Graphic Designer, with the ability to create illustrations.
• Experience in working within iGaming platforms is a must have.
• Showcasing a strong portfolio that demonstrates UI/UX (wireframing, prototyping) and graphic design, and illustration skills.
• Using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) and design tools like Figma with confidence.
• Understanding user psychology, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and responsive UI.
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers and Frontend Developers.
• Working methodically with attention to detail, delivering clean handoffs.
• Creating illustrations, and graphic assets independently.
• Casino game design, or game design experience in a game development, is a huge advantage.
• Having experience with HTML and CSS, which is considered a plus.
