The Job in a Nutshell

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to help us achieve excellent product quality across all our releases. In this role, you'll be an integral part of the development team, working closely with product developers to ensure that every step of the product lifecycle meets the highest standards. Your focus will be on maintaining consistency, reliability, and quality, while contributing to a culture of smart and responsible development.

• Actively participating in Agile meetings.
• Testing completed tasks and features according to the team’s workflow.
• Performing regression testing when needed.
• Providing clear and constructive feedback on test findings and observations.
• Documenting and maintaining test cases.
• Promoting effective testing practices and techniques within and beyond your team.
• Identifying areas for improvement in the product development workflow.
• Automating tests wherever possible to reduce repetitive manual work.
• Sharing knowledge and providing on-the-job training to team members when required.
• Supporting additional tasks and assignments as directed by your manager.

You're good at

• Testing software or hardware in a structured and methodical way with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding modern software development practices and working within Agile methodologies.
• Using testing tools, managing test cases, and writing code in IDEs, or motivated to learn test automation.
• Solving problems, prioritizing tasks, and staying calm under pressure.
• Communicating clearly in excellent English and explaining technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• Collaborating with others, sharing knowledge, and taking initiative to drive improvements.
