The Job in a Nutshell

As part of our Sportsbook team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth and reliable duty shifts. Your work will cover risk management, resulting matches, compiling odds, and monitoring the overall Sportsbook product. You’ll also collaborate with our Customer Support team and colleagues across different locations to maintain operational excellence and deliver a consistent customer experience. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy working with numbers, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role could be a great fit for you.

A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Performing active risk management, resulting matches, monitoring tickets, and ensuring smooth Sportsbook operations (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Compiling and pricing odds, including player specials and special markets, and overseeing responsible leagues and side bets from launch through to settlement.
• Managing customers based on betting patterns and escalating unusual activity to Sportsbook management.
• Taking ownership of the Sportsbook product, tools, and providers, while escalating issues to the development team or provider support when needed.
• Providing timely Sportsbook support to Customer Support and training colleagues when required.
• Participating in meetings and events, contributing ideas to improve the Sportsbook product, and helping to strengthen our market position.

You’re good at

• You bring deep football knowledge - from global leagues and lower divisions to players, teams, tactical trends, injuries, suspensions, and even historical performance data.
• You’re comfortable with numbers understanding probability and odds, doing quick mental math, and spotting value in markets.
• You have experience with risk management and strong commercial awareness, including liability management and market dynamics.
• You’re confident using trading software and spreadsheets (Excel), and you pick up new systems quickly.
• You can stay calm, disciplined, and objective when making high-pressure decisions, especially during live events.
• You pay attention to detail, think on your feet, and enjoy solving problems.
• You communicate clearly, work well with others, and collaborate easily across teams.
• You’re flexible and open to working evenings, weekends, and public holidays in line with the sports calendar.
• Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis and statistical models.
• Previous experience in sportsbook operations, trading, or risk management.
