We are looking for a proactive Affiliate Coordinator to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening affiliate relationships across all markets where Coolbet is active. You will track and analyze revenue from affiliate sites, expand and optimize Coolbet's affiliate network, manage internal databases and documentation, and coordinate all affiliate content and creative asset requests, ensuring everything aligns with Coolbet's brand guidelines. We are seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving results through strong partnerships.

A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Onboard and support new affiliate partners.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, while handling enquiries, databases, and documentation.
• Research and report on new opportunities in the affiliate and marketing landscape.
• Coordinate and manage all affiliate marketing content and design requests.
• Assist with the delivery of marketing assets to affiliates.
• Ensure all affiliate marketing assets are accurate, updated, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Track, analyze, and report KPIs to relevant stakeholders regularly.
• Oversee business intelligence and market research, including monitoring competitors and legal developments.

You’re good at

• 1+ years of experience in a digital marketing role or consultancy.
• Understanding of affiliate marketing as a field, or a strong motivation to learn it.
• Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Great attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to ad-hoc requests.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• A collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and team spirit.
• Previous experience with Income Access or another affiliate management platform is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt working hours when needed to communicate with affiliates across different time zones.
