We’re seeking positive, service-minded Customer Support Specialists to assist our valued users from Mexico, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Europe, and Canada during our engaging day/evening shifts or exciting night shifts. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of our company for new users and the voice of our customers within the organization. You’ll communicate with our valued customers via chat and email, offering helpful support with a personal touch - no robotic replies here! You’ll also collaborate with other departments to resolve queries and verify data across different systems. A Sneak Peek into Your Role
- Helping our customers via chat and e-mail, they are cool, but some need more attention than others. The coolest part of the role is using your better judgment and not sounding robotic.
- Working with other departments to solve customer queries requires confirming data from different sources to determine what would be the accurate outcome.
- Working 8–10-hour shifts on a rotating schedule for day/evening shifts between 08:00 and 00:00, or night shifts between 19:00 and 08:00 on a 4-nights-on, 4-nights-off rotation. Both schedules include some weekends and public holidays.
You’re good at
- Excellent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Being service-minded and having a positive attitude. We like to laugh and have fun, so be ready for it!
- You are comfortable behind the keyboard, checking different points of data for accuracy.
- You are interested in making your ideas count and your voice being heard.
- Prior experience in a similar role is not required but is preferred.
