The Job in a Nutshell

In this role, you’ll be part of our friendly and driven Marketing team based in Tallinn. You’ll be responsible for executing Sportsbook campaigns in line with the approved marketing plan. The Campaigns team plays a key role in promoting the Coolbet Sportsbook product - attracting new players and keeping existing ones engaged through well-timed, targeted campaigns across onsite and CRM channels. If you're detail-oriented, love collaboration, and have a passion for sports and marketing this could be the perfect role for you.

A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Understanding customer behavior, the industry landscape, and market specifics in Coolbet’s LatAm regions.
• Contributing to the creation and execution of Sportsbook campaigns in line with the yearly plan.
• Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the LatAm market to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Analyzing campaign performance and understanding target segments in LatAm markets to optimize bonus spend and campaign impact.
• Running A/B tests to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
• Creating culturally and linguistically relevant content for Sportsbook campaigns and CRM activities tailored to LatAm audiences.
• Responding to Service team queries on Slack in a timely and helpful manner.

You’re good at

• You have a higher education in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of industry experience, including 1 year in a marketing-focused role.
• A genuine interest in sports combined with an analytical mindset to assess performance and recommend improvements.
• Familiarity with LatAm sports culture and market-specific customer behavior is a strong advantage.
• You are proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with marketing tools and campaign analysis is a plus.
• You are creative and detail-oriented, with strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• You can effectively plan, prioritize, multitask, and take initiative.
• You remain calm under pressure, handle stress well, and make quick decisions in fast-paced situations.
• Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction. Fluency is Spanish is an advantage.
