We're seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our ranks and play a crucial role in our continued success. In this role, you'll be the financial architect behind our operations. Your mission will be to provide essential planning, reporting, analysis, and decision support to our management team. You will play a key role in planning and executing the budgeting and forecasting processes for B2B revenue and operations, actively contributing to enhancements in financial planning and analysis.

A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Being a lively team player, actively contributing to our financial planning processes and strategic growth efforts.
• Assisting our leadership team in strategic planning and business development by delving into the world of online gambling, offering insightful conclusions and suggestions using data from various sources.
• Creating and maintaining financial models and Partner-level P&Ls to forecast revenue and cost of sale expenses.
• Crafting corporate executive analytics, presentations, and reports, and whipping up ad-hoc financial and industry-related analyses to keep our strategic decision-making on point. Transform financial data into a more visual and user-friendly format.
• Being the go-to person for monthly and quarterly analytical summaries of business development and financial results, completing variance analysis.
• Collaborating with teams to set up new processes, procedures, and opportunities for operational improvements within Finance and other areas.
• Blazing new trails for the company to explore, potentially identifying opportunities to collect more data for deeper analysis.
  

You’re good at

• You possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Ideally, you've gained at least at least 3 years of experience in the related field preferably in an international environment.
• Having general knowledge of full-cycle accounting and Financial Statements, an in-depth grasp of business and finance, including the ability to anticipate financial implications based on changing assumptions or inputs.
• Being proficient in simplifying complex ecosystems into advanced financial and operational models using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for comprehensive financial modeling.
• Using BI, Tableau, data visualization, and budgeting tools.
• Having exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, while being self-driven and independent, yet a valuable team player.
• You have outstanding time management skills and the flexibility to adjust priorities as needed while having a global perspective and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Fluency in verbal and written communication in English and Estonian is essential.
