As a CRM Manager at Coolbet, you’ll lead a passionate team dedicated to building strong customer relationships and driving engagement, satisfaction, and retention. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing Operations, Country Managers, and our Central Casino and Sportsbook teams to develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies. A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Leading a high-performing CRM team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Formulating and executing comprehensive CRM strategies to optimize player interactions across various channels.
• Overseeing the planning, development, and execution of targeted campaigns to drive player engagement and satisfaction.
• Developing and refining detailed customer journey maps to enhance player experiences at every touchpoint.
• Monitoring and analyzing CRM offer performance, continuously assessing player behavior data to identify opportunities for improvement, and maximizing customer lifetime value strategies to ensure profitability.
• Working closely with the Head of Marketing Operations, Country Managers, and other teams to seamlessly integrate CRM efforts into marketing strategies.

You’re good at

• 3+ years of CRM-related experience with a proven track record of increasing customer retention and successful reactivation.
• Proven expertise in a senior CRM role within the iGaming industry.
• Experienced in leading high-performing teams, with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of player lifecycle management and CRM best practices.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making and provide actionable recommendations based on company performance.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to process large volumes of data.
• Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to set priorities effectively. Capable of handling high-pressure situations and making quick, informed decisions under stress.
• Fluency in verbal and written English is a must, as it's our primary means of communication.
