Senior Product Manager - Marketing IT team
The Job in a Nutshell
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic Product team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the marketing product area, collaborating closely with development teams, Product Owners, Project Managers, and business operations to drive impactful results. You will manage engineers' daily workloads, groom backlogs, test and investigate requirements, and serve as the go-to person for marketing progress updates, including collaborating with clients when needed.
You’ll take ownership of key marketing tools like our CRM, CMS, loyalty programs, segmentation, and gamification features, driving improvements and shaping their long-term strategy. As a leader in your product area, you’ll ensure the Marketing team has everything needed to succeed while identifying new opportunities to enhance our tools and processes.
A Sneak Peek into Your Role
- Shape the product vision and roadmap, clearly communicating it to the Marketing team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to understand business needs and upcoming projects.
- Actively engage in cross-team collaboration, creating new processes as needed to improve alignment.
- Establish and maintain a predictable cadence for product delivery.
- Balance new feature development with tech debt cleanup, bug fixes, and infrastructure improvements to enhance product quality.
- Organize and prioritize the product backlog based on the release plan, customer value, and product vision.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure product increments meet quality standards.
- Lead development team ceremonies, including stand-ups, backlog grooming, planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline scope, focusing on aligning features with key business goals.
- Balance tradeoffs between quality, sustainability, and business needs within the product area.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee successful feature launches.
You’re good at
- Bringing 4+ years of experience in product management to the table.
- Having prior experience in the iGaming industry is a definite advantage.
- Confidently collaborating with technical and business stakeholders, and occasionally engaging with clients.
- Navigating agile development methodologies with ease and expertise.
- Communicating clearly and effectively, with a compelling presentation style.
- Making thoughtful decisions by evaluating value and prioritizing effectively.
- Fluency in verbal and written English is a must, as it's our primary means of communication.
