Spanish Customer Support Specialist

Coolbet is seeking for positive, service-minded a Customer Support Specialist to help our Mexican, Chilean, Peruvian, Ecuadorian, European, and Canadian customers joining our dynamic day/evening shift. In this role, you will be the face of the company for new clients and the advocate for the customers within the company. Communication with our amazing customers is done via chat and email. You'll support their needs, using your better judgment to avoid sounding robotic. Collaborate with other departments to solve queries, confirming data from different sources. In our team, you will have the potential to learn and achieve a lot, simply by taking initiative. Join us and make a difference!
A Sneak Peek into Your Role
- Helping our customers via chat and e-mail, they are cool, but some need more attention than others. The coolest part of the role is using your better judgment and not sounding robotic.
- Working with other departments to solve customer queries requires confirming data from different sources to determine what would be the accurate outcome.
- Working 8-10-hour shifts between 08:00 and 00:00 on a rotating schedule, which includes some weekends and public holidays.
You’re good at
- Excellent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Being service-minded and having a positive attitude. We like to laugh and have fun, so be ready for it!
- You are comfortable behind the keyboard, checking different points of data for accuracy.
- You are interested in making your ideas count and your voice being heard.
- Prior work experience is not essential but preferred. You will see the difference with your other work experiences right away, just wait and see. You'll love it!
