As an integral part of our Product department, the Product Design team champions a customer-first approach. Collaborating closely with other Product Designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders, you'll ensure that the user experience not only meets but exceeds user expectations. A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Creating wireframes and prototypes according to product needs. Creating, deploying, and analyzing quick iterative tests to validate wireframes and prototypes. Providing insights and incorporating user research into interface designs.
• Determining and creating user flows through software products. Using a data-driven approach, exploring the world of causation and correlation to better understand user behavior.
• Collaborating regularly with product managers to explore opportunities, understand user needs, and translate those into experiments, solutions, and, in the end, elegant interface designs.
• Translating strategy into a well-structured design execution plan. Focusing on problem-solving solutions and making design cost-effective.
• Working closely with engineers throughout the design and development process, providing guidance on user experience and working through technical challenges.
• Being an expert on all aspects of UX research and design.
• Contributing to the product vision and roadmap and communicating the vision to the Product design team and stakeholders.
• Building and updating the Design System.
• Driving product-market-fit exploration and longer-term strategies.
• Ensuring that the design backlog is properly organized and prioritized according to roadmaps, customer value, and product vision.

You’re good at

• Possessing a UI/UX designer and/or Product Design background with a minimum of 4 years of experience. Prior experience with Sportsbook is a must. 
• Demonstrating confidence in working with technical and business stakeholders across the company and, at times, with clients.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and experience with Atlassian (or other task management software).
• Having strong decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate value and prioritize effectively.
• Showcasing a clear, compelling presentation and communication style.
• Demonstrating excellent product design strategy and interaction design skills.
• Having experience in leading a team and a degree in the Design field is a plus.
• Having a portfolio or a couple of strong projects to showcase is considered an advantage.
• Fluency in verbal and written English is a must, as it's our primary means of communication.
